We're Home!

Wow, after a whirlwind of events on Saturday night we finally have our beautiful little girl in our arms. I won't post the whole birth story here but the gist is this: I went into labor Saturday night and headed to the hospital. When we got there we learned that Miss Olivia had turned herself into a total breach position. They were concerned I would go into active labor and end up in an emergency c-section so we decided we would have one first thing Sunday morning.

Olivia made her debut at 10:03 am on March 14th. She is a tiny 7lbs 70z and 20 inches compared to her 8lb 40z 21.5inch big brother!

She's absolutely perfect in every way. She eats like a champ, gives us some great patches of sleep and loves to snuggle. We are so blessed!!

Here are some pictures, in no particular order:

**I want to give a shout out to Carrie for updating the blog for us and for coming over Saturday night to hold down the fort and make sure my little guy was safe and sound while he slept. Also, thank you to Mrs. Laura & Mr. Rich for keeping Z for us!**

A Healthy Baby GIRL!!!!!!!!

I can't put into words how completely SHOCKED I am that we are expecting a girl. I was 100% convinced that I would be welcoming another baby boy to our family in March, and boy was I wrong! We are so absolutely blessed that we get to experience having one of each and can officially consider ourselves DONE in the baby making department!

I am so excited to start planning, shopping and decorating for this baby girl!

Please allow me to introduce our baby girl, Olivia Marie.

The ultrasound tech said she is weighing in around 11oz right now and looks 100% perfect!

Chisolm, Party of 4!

We have very super exciting news to share ~ Zachary is going to be a big brother! He is pretty excited about sharing his toys and attention with a sibling too (haha)

Here is he looking pretty proud...

Today we got to meet our little one for the first time! Baby is measuring perfectly and had a VERY strong and fast heartbeat. Rich and I saw it before the OB even did. I am still very early, 7 weeks tomorrow so we are continuing to pray that everything keeps going well and the baby stays nice and healthy for us!

Here is baby's first photo shoot - not much to really point out but it's there!

Baby is due to arrive March 25, 2010

Next appointment is August 31st - stay tuned!

Pretty in pink, Isn't she?

Ok, well she will be in about 20 more weeks after she's good and ready and squishy and wonderful! Chris and Cristin found out yesterday that when the stork comes in August it will be carrying a bundle of pink joy! This revelation has also proved that Chisolm boys can indeed make girl babies, shocking I know.

So here she is folks, Baby Girl Chisolm.

Upon hearing about his new cousin, Zachary decided he needed to learn some girly things to teach her. Here, he is learning how to put on make-up...

I don't know about him sometimes.
