Summer is Here!

In honor of summer arriving we went out and bought a new cooler. Much to our surprise, the cooler came with this super adorable baby! She's pretty giggly and amazing.

Even with her inside we still have room to fit some beers. Now that is white trash in all it's glory!

In all seriousness. Forgive me blog readers, for I have sinned. It has been 14 days since my last blog update. I think that earns me a few demerits in the land of Blogdum. What can I say? We've been BUSY!

I take the kids to the pool almost every day during the week. Then Rich insists that I have dinner waiting for him when he gets home. Not only that but the house MUST be spotless and the kids have to be 100% pristine at all times. He's so very demanding! As you might imagine, all of those things exhaust me to the point that I can't even move my fingers at night to let you know what we're doing!

Alright, enough excuses. Here's what we've been up to:

Last Saturday we had some friends down for the day to hang out at the pool. Afterwards, we came back here for a cook out and sleepover. This was Z's first official sleepover with his buddies and it was adorable! We put on a movie and they all passed out within minutes.

Z's friend Nick.

Z's friend Nathan.

Z himself, a sight we rarely see!

Sunday we celebrated Rich's 3rd Father's Day. We pretty much just hung around the house being lazy. I think it was exactly what we needed after such a busy Saturday.
Daddy and his kiddos

Fast forward to this Sunday which was Father's Day continued - We spent the day at Camden Yards. (minus Olivia who spent the day with Grandmom)
It was a mere 99 degrees out yesterday but we had a great time despite that!

Three Months Old

Miss Olivia is yet another month old already! Does it feel like the months are flying to anyone else? This past month Olivia learned to roll from back to front. She also giggled for the first time! She has been spending some time "excersaucing" and babbling away at us. She is sleeping pretty well at night. She does a 6 hour stretch in the beginning of the night and then usually another 4. During the day she pretty much only fusses if she's hungry or if she's tired! We've been going to the pool most days and she relaxes in her little cabana while we play. She is turning into such a little person and it's happening WAY too quickly!

As promised...

Miranda's graduation party was yesterday so I got a few more shots of her. We made her put her cap and gown back on so we could get the required family portraits. Thankfully she was a good sport :0)

P.S. You'll notice my pictures are larger! I'm learning a little HTML to bring you better quality pics and save your eyes from the tiny thumbnails Blogger displays! Hope you enjoy!

The Graduate

Last night my baby sister, Miranda, graduated from Bohemia Manor High School. I honestly can't believe she's already out of high school! She has grown into such a beautiful young woman over the years and I am incredibly proud of her!

Congratulations Miranda!!! We love you!
Tomorrow is her party so I should have some fun pictures to share!

Long Weekend Recap

We had such a busy and fun weekend that we're all totally pooped from it today!

It started on Friday with a trip to Cecil County to visit the Plumpton Park Zoo. We met up with my mom, Lily, Anna, Phil, and Collin! All of the cousins were accounted for which is a rarity for our family.

Here are Lily and Anna enjoying a ride in the stroller to see the animals.

Zachary checking out the miniature pony.

This was a bull-type creature. Only a Cecil County zoo would have such a beast.

Collin fed the donkey's while Z watched.
Collin and Zachary petting a donkey.
Somehow I missed getting a picture of Olivia but she really enjoyed the zoo, too.
On Saturday we went to Boordy Vineyards with Chris and Cristin. I think this was our 4 year going to this event with them and as always we had a GREAT time.

Sunday we went BACK to Cecil County (lots of driving this weekend) to pick-up Zachary. He stayed with Sarah, Phil and Collin all weekend. We had a little cook-out with them and celebrated Memorial Day a bit early.
Olivia beat the heat with Pop & Nana.
Hanging with Aunt Sarah.
Taking a little nap in her tent. How big does she look here? She's getting so long!

Zachary spent some time by the pool. He wasn't too interested in getting in it though.

Monday we lounged at home which was much needed after all of that running around!
