Carrie tagged me on her blog and I am supposed to post 6 random and/or quirky things about me and then tag 6 more people.
So here goes:
1. I hate the word "hankerin." It just sounds so nasty.
2. I get in the shower where the shower head is coming out instead of the backside, apparently that's the "wrong end."
3. I wet my toothbrush AFTER putting on the toothpaste.
4. I say "have a catch" instead of "play catch."
5. If I don't know the name for something I call it a "who-gee-whats-it" and a lot of people actually know what I'm talking about.
6. I pick my cuticles and don't realize I am doing it until Rich tells me to stop picking. (I have gotten better with this one though)
So now I'm supposed to tag 6 more people so I tag Sarah, Cristin, Carmen, Amanda, Lynn and Meghan(Sarah's friend). And if you don't have a blog, you can just email me your random facts. =)
Here are the rules:Post the rules on your blog Write 6 random things about yourself Tag 6 other people at the end of your post

Has anyone seen mah bay bay?
Oy, so whoever this little boy is that has been residing here this past month can't possibly be the sweet boy I gave birth to 15 months and 29 days ago. That little squishy angel would NEVER hit his mommy & daddy, kick his doggies or throw temper tantrums, no way, uh uh. Contrary to the picture above this little boy is not so sweet and innocent all of the time. He has really learned how to push buttons, especially while mommy is in the middle of cooking dinner and the floor vents, trash can lid and silverware are TOTALLY supposed to be thrown across the floor in mommy's general direction. Oh and that little boy would also not make mommy chase him half way down the street EACH and EVERY morning when we're trying to go to the park for an enjoyable (um, screamfest) walk. I've put in a call to Mercy Hospital for a refund, they said they'd get back to me.So on the eve of his 16 month "birthday" I'm praying to whoever is in charge of sleep that my child, will indeed, make it past the 6'oclock hour tomorrow morning!!!! Mommy & Daddy are TIRED AND CAN'T AFFORD ANYMORE RUNS TO DUNKIN DONUTS! (Really, it's our waists that can't afford it. Those damn munchkins are irresistable!)
Alright I must admit it, the kid does have some good things about him. His vocab is *almost* in the double digits. He really likes to repeat everything we say. We are slowly saying bye bye to our potty mouths (more Rich than anything, man he's like a sailor...hehe j/k)
He is also climbing on everything and anything, we think he has a career at Cirque du Soleil in his future. He has mastered eating with utensils. I'm not saying half the food doesn't end up on the floor but we think that's more on purpose than an "uh oh." There are more but my brain has been put on Duh Mode so I'll just say... As much as the little booger drives us up the wall he is also so very sweet. Who wouldn't enjoy a smack across the face and big ol slobbery kiss to make up for it in the same 30 seconds? This girl wouldn't pass it up if someone paid her!
Here are a few snapshots of the little Toddler/Tornado that we call our son:
Look at that hair, it's finally growing!

Countdown to homelessness starts today!
Ok, so we won't be homeless by the ACTUAL definition since we will have a roof over our heads, a bed to sleep in, a tv, dvd player, wireless 'net, food, shower, and all that stuff that homeless people don't really have...well unless they are the ones who claim to be homeless but in actuality live in a house bigger than most american's can afford... but I digress!
We move out in 7 days!!!!
OH.MY.GOSH.
We are taking over my inlaws house, Rich's parents, Zachary's grandparents, you get the picture. So they were gracious enough to open their doors to us for an indefinite amount of time, ahem HURRY THE HELL UP LENNAR BUILDERS. I'm pretty sure they don't know what they've gotten themselves into though... since I'm 99% sure Rich's mom reads this I'm going to give her a heads up (Hi Mrs. Laura and I'm sorry in advance)
I am not a morning person. I grunt, I do not speak. Rich still doesn't get it and AHHHH STOP ASKING ME QUESTIONS AT 7:30 BEFORE I'VE HAD MY COFFEE!
I live in pj's, sometimes my pj's walk themselves to the washing machine.
I am a clean freak, ok everyone knows this one. Although, I have let some stuff go, just ask Rich who is now allowed to remove his shoes at the front door and leave them there for atleast 10 minutes before I freak out about HOW MESSY OUR HOUSE IS! This is progress, I swear.
Alright, I'm not going to let out all of my issues prior to moving in, that offer might be revoked!
So you can still find this Chisolm clan in the 21236 region for a little while longer...we'll be the ones sitting on the corner of Bel Air & Rossville with signs that read:
"WILL WORK FOR FOOD"
"HOMELESS AND HUNGRY"
"PLEASE TAKE THIS CHILD, MOMMY NEEDS A HAPPY HOUR"
Thanks again to Mrs. Laura & Mr. Rich for opening their home to us, we'll try to be super excellent house guests :)

Bowling for Chloe
Yesterday Rich and I got to be involved in a great charity event; we went bowling for Chloe's Cause. Chloe is a little girl who was born with Downs Syndrome and recently diagnosed with Leukemia.
When we first arrived to the bowling alley Rich came over to me and pointed out a little girl dressed as an angel who was sucking her thumb. He said "look how cute that baby is!" About five minutes later the man carrying the angel around came over to introduce us to her, he said "this is Chloe." My heart fell into my stomach... she was THE cutest little girl. If I hadn't known any different I wouldn't have thought she was sick at all. Looking at her I couldn't help but think of my little dude, who is not much older than Chloe, playing at his Grandmom's house and how absolutely blessed we are to have such a healthy kid.
Chloe had no idea why all of those people were there for her but she is a very loved little girl who has a lot of people doing very wonderful things to support her and her family. I am so happy we were able to be a small part of that yesterday.

This was Dylan's 1st time bowling - he LOVED it!

Trick or Treat... Smell my Feet...
Well, don't smell my feet. They have been awfully busy this past weekend and probably smell horrendous. Enough about that though... Halloween was this past Friday and boy were we busy!!!
First we went to Rich's work for a pizza party. This was our first time visiting his work since he started there in May. Z looks a tad bit devious in this picture, don't ya think?
A family photo! We don't get these too often.
Zachary's best buddy Pirate Dylan was there too. His daddy works with Rich!
After a short break and a little nap we went to Uncle Chris' and Aunt Cristin's to hand out candy.

As if that wasn't enough... Saturday we continued Halloween at Nana & Pop Mike's house.
