Anna Rose

Since the snow stopped falling we finally got a chance to get out and meet Baby Anna this weekend. She is such a little peanut and absolutely adorable.  While I was holding her I realized that she is probably only a tiny bit bigger than Olivia is now - UNBORN. Insane!

SnO-M-G

Here are some more pictures of the insane snow. The boys went outback and made some tunnels and caves - even the dog joined in!

Now we prepare for Round 4/5/6? Who can keep track anymore?

Snowmageddon

Here are some pictures of our crazy amounts of snow. It was hard to get an official measurement with all of the drifts but we are somewhere in the 20 to 27 inch range.

Multipurpose Blogging

This is just a hodgepodge of randomness that I wanted to share.

A) BLIZZARD - IT WAS NOT

Z went sledding on Wednesday with his cousin Jadyn. Neither of them really last very long but they both had a fun time! Apparently it was just practice for the insane amount of snow we are predicted to get this weekend - eek!

B) BANANA BREAD - IT IS YUMMY

Z took a crappy nap so we baked some banana bread to kill some time. He is the best banana smasher in the whole wide world.
Look Mrs. Carrie - smashed BANANAS

C) BABY - IT IS CUTE

My brother and sister-in-law welcome their 2nd baby girl, Anna Rose, into the world. She weighed 6lbs 4oz and is 20 inches long. The whole family is doing great!

D) BELLY - IT IS BIG

There she blows!!!!!!! Ay Shamu much? Here I am at 34 weeks. I'm 99% sure Miss. Olivia is residing in the sideways position (as her brother did for a very long time). She's definitely running out of room in there and is enjoying poking and prodding me all over the place. Not too much longer now and I get to meet my little girl!

Here is last months belly - CLICK

From the Mouths of 2 Yr Olds - Part 5

At 7:30am after drinking a big cup of milk:

Z - "Mom, I want milk, I haven't had any alllllllllll day."

Z talking ( in a sing song voice) to my Willow Tree figurine of a Dad, Mom and Baby:

"Hi, my name's Baby Katelynn."

"Hi baby Katelynn, my name is Daddy."

Eating some M&M's and making them talk to one another:

"Hi, my name is M e M. What's your name?"

"My name is other M e M."

Randomly, out of nowhere:

Z - "Mom, I want cake."

Me - "We don't have any cake."

Z - "But I'm listening so well."

Me - "Good but we still don't have any cake."

Z - "Let's make popcorn!"

Oh this child...
