10 Months Old

It is so hard to believe that in 2 short months we will be celebrating Olivia's 1'st birthday. This month Olivia started to say 'ma ma' which was music to my ears. She is an expert at walking with the push walker and loves chasing Zachary around. I thought for sure she would be taking steps this month but so far she's only managed to take 1 (if you can even call it that). She's in no hurry to walk - and that is FINE BY ME!

Olivia is 100% a finger food girl. She's obsessed with blueberries to the point that we have to hide them from her so she doesn't scream. We're still working on the sippy cup. She thinks it's hilarious when she is drinking out of one - I'm not sure why, she's just a silly girl.

She's sleeping alright. We have nights where she's up a few times and needs to be settled down and nights where we don't hear her at all.

Oh and her hair is growing!!! It's not enough that requires bows or anything but we can at least put one in and it stays! Mom's of girls surely can relate - this is one of those things we most look forward to doing with our little ladies :)

Overall, Olivia is just a happy little girl. She loves to laugh along with all of us, even though she doesn't have a clue why we're laughing. She loves playing with her big brother and she is really loving exploring the house and getting into mischief!

No Days Like Snow Days

Yesterday we went out to play in the snow. I'd say this was the first significant snowfall we've had so far this year so it was worth bundling the kids up and trekking out. Also, this was Olivia's first time in the snow!

Do you know how hard it is to take pictures of a baby on the go, in the snow? Very.

She was very eager to touch the white stuff...

I pulled them both around in the sled for a few minutes. Olivia actually enjoyed it for a bit.

Rich & Z went out for another round... we opted to watch from the window.

No More Monkey's What?

After the kids have their baths they love playing on Zachary's bed. This has become one of the best family activities for us. The kids roll around (read: jump for zachary) and giggle and just have an absolute ball.

It's the one time of the day when both kids are interacting and having a great time together. It warms my heart :)

Wowzers what an amazing Christmas we just had. Each year seems to get better and better and this year was by far my favorite - though I probably will say that every year - I hope!

If you were looking for a lot of pictures I don't think you'll be disappointed.
